The Crane Abbey - Order of Saint Columcille

The crane abbey is an ecumenical, Celtic-Christian Order according to the rule of Saint Columba (Colum Cille) for a semi-monastic, secular lifestyle. The crane abbey strives to be a joyful, imaginative, visionary and mystical community in honor of the Holy Trinity, creation, saints and ancestors.

The members follow the practice of the Prayer of the Hours according to their personal circumstances.

The community knows two types of membership, the full members (companions) and friends.
